PADDLE BOARDING SOUNDS AWESOME! HOW DO I BOOK A RENTAL?
Paddle Boarding is awesome! To get started with your rental, click "Rentals & Tours" at the top of the page. From there, click "Book Now" beside the product you would like. Choose your rental days and select the quanity you would like; when you are ready, press continue. Verify the rental information and fill in the forms below. The address you list will be where paddleOKI will deliver. We will do our best to deliver at the beginning of your desired delivery time. After entering the required data, read the terms and check the box. Finalize your reservation by pressing "Continue."
HOW DO I BOOK MULTIPLE PRODUCTS?
If you would like to add two seperate rental products, look for the the green plus sign at the top labeled "Add to Booking" on the same screen you fill in your name, address, etc. Select the other products and finish the booking forms when you have everything you want.
THE WEBSITE SAYS A SUP/KAYAK/BIKE IS AVAILABLE AT A CERTAIN TIME BUT IT WILL NOT LET ME RENT THE EQUIPMENT. WHAT'S WRONG?
If you are trying to rent for multiple days, the equipment must be available each day during your rental. Please check the availability calender listed next to the product description.

DO I NEED A LIFEJACKET?
When using a SUP beyond a "swimming, surfing or bathing area," having a life jacket is required by the US Coast Guard. Kayaks always require a life jacket. It is recommend by paddleOKI every time for all of our products and we provide a life jacket with every rental at no additional charge.

CAN I MOVE LOCATIONS AROUND OAK ISLAND WITH MY SUP/KAYAK RENTAL?
Rentals are delivered to the location of your choice on Oak Island, your house or otherwise specified. You can transport the equipment to another location if you have a SUV/Truck large enough to do so and secure the equipment. Make sure to let paddleOKI know your pickup location if different than the dropoff location.

DO I NEED A BIKE HELMET?
North Carolina Law requires all kids 16 and under to wear a bike helmet. We have helmets for all rider's head sizes.

WHAT ARE YOUR PAYMENT POLICIES?
Payments can be made using all major credit and debit cards. For rentals more than a week away, you have the option to pay a deposit of $15 or the full amount. Upon delivery, the card on file, a new card or cash will be accepted for the balance.
WHERE DOES paddleOKI DELIVER?
Deliveries are available anywhere on Oak Island, NC, Caswell Beach, NC and in St. James Plantation. We deliver to your house, hotel, condo or anywhere you would like to use our products. If you do not know the address, type TBD instead of your address and we will call you to discuss your best option.
